Return Policy
Please note the following:
According to paragraph 13 of Russian Government Resolution No. 55 of January 19, 1998, and Article 25 of Russian Federation Law No. 2300-1 of February 7, 1992, "On the Protection of Consumer Rights," flowers are included in the list of non-food products that cannot be returned or exchanged.
This is the exception if the product is of inadequate quality with obvious defects at the time of receipt.
In this case, the Flower Row Online Store is ready to accept all comments regarding the quality, quantity, and completeness of the product at the time of purchase, i.e., at the time of delivery by the courier at the destination or by the florist at the pickup location.
Flower Row values its reputation and does everything possible to ensure that you receive products that meet all international quality standards.
Terms and procedures for refunding funds to the payer in the event of service failure or erroneous payment:
For bank card payments, refunds are made to the payer's card within 3 business days of the service failure or erroneous payment.
For cash payments, refunds are made in cash via courier within 3 business days of the service failure or erroneous payment.
